At MHA BD, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. While most of our customers are happy with their purchases, we understand that mistakes can occasionally happen — from delivery issues to supplier errors. That’s why we’ve created a transparent and fair Return & Replacement Policy to maintain your trust and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or faulty item, we will gladly offer a replacement at no extra cost. Your trust is what keeps us going.


✅ When Is a Product Eligible for Return?

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Wrong edition or version was delivered
  • Incorrect product sent
  • Missing item(s) in the package
  • Physically damaged product upon delivery
  • Overcharged on invoice
  • Missing or incorrect invoice
  • Printing/content issues affecting readability or quality
  • Missing free gift (if offered/promised)

Note: Returns are only applicable for defective or incorrect items. Non-defective items are not eligible for return.


🕒 How Long Do I Have to Report a Problem?

You must report any issue within 3 days of receiving the product.
After this period, MHA BD is not obligated to accept return requests.


📢 How to Report a Return or Replacement Request?

🚚 When Will I Receive the Replacement Product?

Once your return is verified, we will dispatch your replacement item within 7–10 business days. Our team may contact you for additional clarification if needed.


📦 What Is the Return Delivery Process?

Inside Dhaka & Courier Coverage Areas

  • Return the faulty item to the delivery agent when receiving your replacement.
  • If not possible at the time of delivery, you must pay the full amount and return the defective item separately.

Outside Courier Zones / Remote Areas

  • Customers are required to send the item back via post or courier.
  • Once we receive the return, your replacement will be shipped using the same method.


⚡ For Electronic Items with Warranty:

  • Inside Purbadhala: Our delivery team will collect the item from your address.
  • Outside Purbadhala: Customers must send the product to our office. Once received, we will service it and send it back.

💰 When Will I Receive My Refund?

If you paid in advance (via online prepayment), your refund will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
